Shipping Methods

Once your order is processed, you will receive tracking information to keep you updated on your shipment’s progress. Delivery times and fees vary depending on the destination country and chosen shipping method.
International Shipping
We ship globally. Delivery times and fees depend on the destination country and local customs policies. International shipments may experience delays due to customs clearance and may be subject to additional customs fees, depending on the carrier used in your country. Missing or Damaged Items
If your package is missing items or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to file a claim. Provide the following:
- Order number
- Photos of the packaging (if damaged)
- Photo of the packing slip (for missing item claims)
- Description of the issue
Claims submitted after 7 days may not be eligible for resolution.
Note for Packaging Damage
We carefully package every order to ensure it arrives safely. However, if the packaging is damaged during transit but the item itself remains functional, it won’t be eligible for a replacement or refund. For questions, contact our team at info@thepureboho.com.
Delivered but Not Received
If your tracking shows the package as “Delivered” but you haven’t received it:
- File a claim directly with the carrier.
- Provide us with proof of loss or a formal claim confirmation from the carrier.
Claims for packages marked as delivered will not be eligible after 7 days from the delivery date.
Order Modifications
If you need to modify your order (change quantity, address, or product), you can request changes within 12 hours of placing the order. After 12 hours, the order may already be in the shipping process, and changes will no longer be possible.
Order Cancellation
Cancellations are only possible within 12 hours of placing the order. After that, the order may already be processed for shipping and cannot be canceled. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.
